TheraPAST is built on the belief that our past impacts who we are today and that understanding where we have been can empower us to move forward with greater clarity, strength, and purpose. I have worked with children, teens, adults, and families, and that broad experience has helped me understand how our experiences, relationships, and patterns develop over time and continue to influence the present. As a therapist, I integrate faith based, trauma focused, cognitive, and experiential approaches to help clients explore the experiences that have impacted them, process what they carry, and develop healthier ways of moving forward. I believe therapy should be a steady and supportive space where you can feel understood without judgment and have the freedom to grow at your own pace. My role is to walk alongside you with clarity, compassion, respect, and genuine care, helping you understand how your past impacts your present so you can feel more empowered about your future.
